Artwork Pokemon VP - Alcalodan Dewgong

Here's finally the mutated form of Alcaloda's Manatee, and with it the last altered form I drew for the Mission Eclipse pokédex !

I had already said it when I made Otaria, but I was inspired by the concept, but also for the color palette of the Mizutsune from the Monster Hunter serie. I really like the idea of ​​having taken this pokémon to make a new version.
