Artwork Pokemon VP - Peackatrice

This new fakemon here is one of the very few I've created that won't have any evolution, I had considered the idea of making a chick version, but I quickly gave up on the thought. I have already made many fakemons, and not being the only illustrator on the Mission Eclipse Project, I didn't want to unnecessarily inflate the game's pokédex with more fakemons than necessary.

The basic idea here was to make a fakemon based on a peacock (suggestion by one of the project members), which I then took inspiration from the cockatrice (often confused with the basilisk), a fantastic avian creature that would have the power to petrify anyone who meets its gaze ! In addition to that, I wanted to amplify the evil nature of this fakemon, who would be as arrogant as he is handsome, and who would also take pleasure in seeing others suffer.

This is where I came up with the idea for her hidden talent: "Pride", the idea would be that each time Paoncatrix manages to inflict a status effect (Poison, Paralysis, Sleep or Confusion), one of its stats would randomly go up by two levels, much like talent "Moody", but without repercussions.

I'm therefore thinking of giving him attacks like: Toxic, Stun Spore, Confuse Ray, Spore, Leech Seed or Strength Sap, in order to make it a real nightmare for the opposing team! He will of course also have other tools like Sludge Bomb, Giga Drain, Air Slash, Venoshock, Magic Leaf and Dark Pulse.
