Artwork Pokemon VP - Alcalodan Hoothoot

Since we're currently in winter season, why don't we stay o the ice theme with a new fakemon, and a new mutated form on top of that !

Here is Alcaloda's Hoohoot, and can I just say, I can't believe Game Freak didn't take the chance to give this pokemon a regional form of Galar and pay homage to Hedwig from the Harry Potter series, there was such an opportunity to do something truly epic here! On top of that, of all the regional birds available out there, Hoohoot and his evolution are sadly the worst of the bunch, due to its absolute garbage stats.

I really hope I can give these pokemon the prestige they deserve with some new tricks, but I'll talk more about that when I'll work on Noctowl. But in the meantime, tell me what you think of this new version of Hoohoot, what are your thoughts on its stats? Could its double Ice-Psych type work?
