Smaugust 2022 - Day 01

I fell sadly behind for the smaugust challenge, although it's the first time I'm doing it after all, I still have a lot to learn, but I intend to go all the way ! For the first day, the theme was "Kintsugi", for those who don't know what it is, it is and I quote: a Japanese art and method for repairing broken porcelain or ceramics lacquer medium sprinkled with gold powder.

In this idea, I wanted to create a dragon with a filiform appearance, like the mythical Ryu (Asian dragon). Its belly has the particularity of having a beautiful golden color, this coloring is obtained once adulthood is reached, by being in contact with gold ore for a prolong period of time, after all it is well known that dragons like precious metals ! It has a gland which, by mixing with its saliva, would produce a sticky substance that contains fine particles of gold. This little dragon uses it to repair broken and damaged objects after nightfall, when humans go to sleep, like a fairy or a pixie.

J'ai pris du retard ce mois-ci pour le défi du smaugust, c'est après tout la première fois que je le fais, j'ai encore beaucoup à apprendre, mais je compte bien aller jusqu'au bout ! Pour le premier jour, le thème était "Kintsugi", pour ceux qui ne savent pas ce que c'est, il s'agit et je cite : d'un art et d'une méthode japonaise de réparation des porcelaines ou céramiques brisées au moyen de laque saupoudrée de poudre d'or.
