Artwork Pokemon VP - Cephalien

Since we are in the spooky season, I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce one of my latest fakemons.

For the base concept for its previous form, Brailien, I wanted to make some sort of alien slime fused with a kind of brain-manipulating baby Cthulhu. For its Cephalien, I wanted to make a kind of improved version, a kind of ultra-intelligent brain-eating alien octopus ! By the way, the strange fluid that drips from its tentacles is a toxin with anesthetic effects which also reduces the mental resistance of its victims against its powers.

Despite its low offensive power and speed, I wanted to make it a kind of very enduring and defensive monster that will have access to many abilities to allow it to last as long as possible while doing damage to the opponent in the process !

For his move pool, I would see attacks like Lick, Venoshock, Psychic, Bind, Sludge Bomb, Psyshock, Fake Out, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Hex and would also be coupled with abilities like Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Acid Armor, Heal Block, Cosmic Power, Power Split, Speed Swap, Confuse Ray, Thunder Wave, and Recover.

I really had the idea of ​​making it a stall specialist, I am well aware that this is not the preferred fighting style of many Pokémon players, but that was precisely the goal to make it so unkillable that it becomes frustrating, to make him as "toxic" as possible !
