Artwork Pokemon VP - Hopette (ENG)

To start 2020, here is a very energetic and festive little fakemon : Hopette. I recently realized that I had very little "monotype" among all the fakemon I had made, I initially thought to make a "Fairy-Normal" type, and even if this will change with the Hopette's evolutions, I'm tought it would be nice to do something simple for once! For its design I also wanted to do something quite basic, by making a rather chibi design, since I often tend to put a lot of details in my creations. The ribbon on its head is there to evoke wings of a fairy and its appearance is slightly based on a Japanese kindergarten uniform. I chose to make it a purely kind pokemon in contrast to some of my recent fakemons, since it is partially based on the phenomena known as "dancing mania" or "dance epidemic" that arose during the Middle Ages.
